[CQ-Contest] CW VS. PHONE

I don't think there will or needs to be any change in the phone bands.  B=
oth  parts of bands get crowded at times (contests mainly).  I think the =
problems with phone in the "wrong" places will go away largely after 40M =
changes.

Just a couple of cents.
