The Norwegian P&T has just announced that LAs may start using 7100-7200 from
1.April on a secondary basis, restricted to
100 W output and bandwith 6 kHz. This is a result of the excellent footwork
by out IARU representatives at the last WRC in 2003.

I hope the freeloaders who are not members of their national societies now
do the honourable thing !
