     Apparently Dick has not been exposed to those Plaques of Art 
awarded to TopBand Stalwarts for top performances thrashed out during 
The Stew Perry TopBand DX Challenge sponsored by the participants and 
overseen by The Boring Amateur Radio Club. These metal and fiber 
masterpieces have won the coveted "Plaq-ee" award for top plaque in the 
world the past 5 years in a row, as voted on, typically in secret, 
shortly after the Contester's dinner in Dayton annually.
      Please don't let this small inaccuracy of Dick's affect your 
opinion of what he wrote, nor assume this is an derogatory statement 
concerning plaques awarded for performances in other contests.
