[CQ-Contest] Scoring a log

You might want to look at the n1mm logger (www.n1mm.com).  It uses mmtty
for rtty interface and does logging, scoring, cluster interface, and all
that good stuff in one.  I believe it imports adif also so if mmtty
exports that you could probably import it and score it.
