[CQ-Contest] early spotting alerts

Ju1dx must be trying for a fake spot record... I see 19 in just last 6
hours from same mongolian ip address using a variety of calls from the
rest of the world.  Do these guys enter contests or are they just cqing
for dollars or euros or something??
