[CQ-Contest] Russian DX Contest

   Last week an envelop arrived in the mail from Russia.  Inside were two certificates and a 58-page book of results, statistics,
soapbox, awards, records-to-date, commentary (in both Russian and English), club scores, band by band breakdowns, etc for the 2003
RDXC.

   It's absolutely first class, and one of the reasons this DX contest keeps growing.

   Congratulations to the RDXC committee of dedicated volunteers.
