[CQ-Contest] CQWW log robot

I'm adding Cabrillo support to my own software so that I can submit a log.

How intelligent is the robot? Does it check duplicates? Do I need to claim a
score or can I let the robot do this for me?

Sorry about my lack of knowledge - any URLs out there other than
