[CQ-Contest] cqww ssb spotting report

Yeah, that one has an easy explanation, some friends apparently traveled
with him to help with antennas and such and spotted him.  If he had been
multi-op and those guys were operators then it would be suspicious.  The
example was more to show that yes, ip's can be traced... just not from
dxsummit.
