[CQ-Contest] Voice memory keyers

G'day Tony:

At PJ2T, we are using the soundcard DVK capability 
of Writelog, with simple isolation transformers to 
provide the interface.

The audio leads are choked with #77 material ferrite,
for good performance over the HF bands.
