[CQ-Contest] JIDX 2004

In the JIDX 2003, I called CQ for 7 hours on 40m and had 8 QSOs.  The band 
was wide open and I was definitely being heard but there were no stations 
there.  Never again will I do that.

They have changed the hours of this contest so that it's not as good for US 
stations.  Also the plaques have changed so it's not a lot of fun for 
non-California stations.

Too bad, that was my favorite contest.
