[CQ-Contest] 2004 JIDX contest/JA participation

several of you commented on the lack of JA participation, a couple of
years ago (2002) while working the OCDX contest from Fiji, the JAs
suddenly stopped working me............seems like they had a local
contest going on and there were piles and piles of them going at
it...........maybe it is not the contester but the contest

i will bust my butt and my wallet for the CQWW, but go ballroom dancing
on the ARRL SS
