[CQ-Contest] Awesome Morse Trainer

VE3NEA of DX Atlas fame has written a very sophisticated 
morse trainer.  It supports Win 95 through XP, and impelements
QRN, QRM, QSB, flutter and even LIDs!  Adjustable cw pitch
and bandwidth are included.  

By the way, if you have been meaning to see what enter sends
messages mode in the N1MM Logger is about, this is an easy
way to get a very nice simulation.  See the readme for 
key assignments.
