[CQ-Contest] Check in SS

My 03 was confused for 83 consistently.  i ran a quick tally of my contacts and the overwhelming majority are between 59 and 64 with another spike centered on 76.  

ran into a few 04's and even an 04/AG!!!  he was having fun.
