[CQ-Contest] Why SS is like it is

I vote for keeping the last 3 hours. A lot of years, the Ft. Wayne hamfest
falls on the same weekend, and I'm "doing my duty" for the local club. I get
home and get those 3 hours to operate. Being "fresh meat", a little pistol
can rack up some points in a hurry once you get spotted.
