Hello!

A question to the CQWWDX Contest rules:

C. Multi Operator, Single Transmitter (MS)

What is the meaning of the exception, 
"One and only one other band may be used during any 10-minute period if and
only if the station worked is a new multiplier. "

Is it allowed to transmit during working a new multi (on 20m for example),
while the 1. station is
running and calling cq on 15m for example? This meas transmitting two signal
at the same time.

Yes or No?
