[CQ-Contest] Skeds with Boy Scouts

Actually, sometimes it is easier for scouts to work a contest Q than a
rag-chew Q...they know what they're supposed to say and how to say it. Last
weekend, I was one of the youth scouts who ran NE1C (New England's #1 Crew)
and we uncovered an EU contest (not sure which one it was). We worked a DL
station and the scouts were really enthused that a contact could be so quick
and painless...beats chatting about the weather, I guess.

Good luck to everyone in CQWW.
