My guess is that the USA multi-multis will now be trying to transmit  between 
7150 and 7200, listening both on their own frequency and somewhere  below 
7100.
 
If so, at least it should now be a lot easier to work the USA  multiplier 
from the USA.
 
I agree that transmitting between 7100 and 7150 is a good idea for those  who 
can.
