[CQ-Contest] Call for logs

A few days left to get your logs in for inclusion in the next Super Check
Partial database run.  With so many new European calls, we need all the
recent logs we can get to insure the database is filled with active calls.

Especially looking for logs from the recent CQWW RTTY contest.  Also could
use more from ARRL Phone Sweepstakes.
