[CQ-Contest] How about ditching ARRL DX top 10 completely?

Us here in North Eastern Europe clearly must be allowed
a score multiplier.
The multiplier would be over the contest period averaged K.
Some would prefer to have the score increased to the
power of A but I would settle with average of K multiplier.
