[CQ-Contest] QRP in Wy - Florida QP

Just got the very nice certificate from the Florida Qso Party 2004.
And it is evidence that some things can be done from the west, even with a 7 
call, and simple wire antennas too.
I used less than 5 watts, and inverted vee at 50 feet and a 3 element 
cophased dipole on 20, and a 220 foot open line fed inverted vee at 30 feet, 
the ends are pretty low.
what is the certificate for???
