[CQ-Contest] Michigan QSO Party This Weekend

Just a reminder that THIS weekend is the Michigan QSO Party, from 16Z 
Saturday to 04Z Sunday (noon to midnight Saturday EDST).  We expect high 
levels of activity, with commitments from no less than nine mobile teams 
covering all 83 MI counties, and an unprecedented effort amongst the 
in-state clubs to get people on the air, particularly from rare counties.

The MiQP awards program has been expanded this year, with certificates for 
high score from each Mich county, non-Mich state and province, plus the 
following plaques:
