I totally agree with N2IC's chronology of events.  Friday - HARA with flea, Saturday - Crowne Plaza, Sunday - Rain Date for Flea.  It will be interesting to see if attendance at HARA is noticably "low" on Saturday.  With all the logistical hassle of parking and walking, it would be hard to justify a trip to HARA on Saturday morning.

Nice job to K1DG, K3LR (et al) for pulling this off.

Wish I could be there this year.
