 results,  stats,  ubns,  russian  award credits and the other contest
 related info to anyone on the web, www.rdxc.org

Some credit should be also given to Slovenian CC for a good processing of 
EUHFC scores.

I feel that is mainly the question of computer literacy.  CQ WW was late but 
trying mildly :-)
