[CQ-Contest] Ground radials for Hy-Gain vertical???

For ground mounted I suggest insulated wire (I'm actually using insulated 
on a roof mounted 12AVQ).  Even with bent radials, if there is any way you 
can elevate the vertical and radials at least 8 feet off the ground (unless 
you're right near salt water), I think you might possibly get better results.
