In a typical Sprint, 20 meters at 0000Z is already to long to be of any use
to us up here.  It's very common to have all of your CQ's ignored and not be
able to first call anybody.  And that's wioth stacks and KW's.
Re-engineering this contest to use 10 and 15 meters would be awful and I
personally wouldn't have any interest in it.  Just because you can squeek
out backscatter QSO's in Texas doesn't mean everyone is in the game.  Look
at the band breakdowns from the NAQP versus Latitude to see the disparity.
