[CQ-Contest] JARL HQ Stations for the IARU HF Championship

Dear all,

For the 2005 IARU HF Championship, JARL will establish 9 HQ stations in
various regions of Japan.  Before the contest, several stations will
QRV on all (including WARC) bands.

All QSOs will be QSLed automatically via the buro.
