[CQ-Contest] 40m Woodpecker during IARU

It was suggested to me that perhaps I've been using some obscure
Q-signals.

QSN = report
QTF = bearing

So, I repeat:

"Please, more reports that include bearings (where possible) & any
additional information to establish if this intruder was causing harmful
interference to the operation of your licensed amateur station."

Crucial to all this is harmful interference - administrations can do all
sorts of things contrary to the ITU Radio Regulations, but it must not
cause harmful interference to stations of other services.

No reports = no harmful interference = we will eventually loose our
bands. Once started, there is no stopping it - like the UK RAF's
Pluto II system from ZC4 - unless there are reports to back up the
complaints or more complaints being made.

And remember that harmful interference could be to the station you
are trying to work - preventing that station from hearing you, instead
of the other way around.
