Yes!  I bought a secondhand TS-850SAT a couple years ago and I love it.  
It has enough bells and whistles to really help out in a contest.  It's 
been adequate for me so far.  Mine came with the DRU-2 CW/voice keyer 
module installed.  Another handy feature to have!
