[CQ-Contest] Contest Duration

i would like to see less overlapping contests, and more incentive to
operate unused bands and modes (ie OCDX QSO points: 20 points/160m, 1
point/20m), timely result publishing, less bone crushing (10,000 entrants
for CQWW) and more  USA activity for small ones (Seanet)
