While it's fun for a while to read the conflicting views, it's my 
opinion that if you believe the LoTW program is flawed, you need to also 
be contacting ARRL with your suggestions for improvement. I think this 
is an easy forum to blow off steam in (and that's not bad), but I don't 
think it's going to effect any change. Will they act on them? I dunno. 
But I do know I have a better chance to win the lottery if I buy a 
ticket, than if I don't.
