Not at all Vladimir. I did not blame LOTW for forged confirmations. I
just said that I did not send them  by post required photocopies and
I did not upload there my logs. But I did give the permission to my
QSL manager to upload my logs to the LOTW. That was quite a while
ago. I do not know if there is  a special procedure for QSL managers
with LOTW but when you get my card from my manager and them submit it
for DXCC does ARRL question  its authenticity? I guess not. So I do
not see why it should be different in case of the LOTW.
