[CQ-Contest] Field Day Logs Received List - Final for Electronic Logs ONLY

The 27 July issue of the "Contester's Rate Sheet" reported that the Field 
Day Logs Received list was final - that list does NOT include paper logs 
submitted.  Apologies for omitting that crucial detail.  So if your group 
submitted a paper log and it's not listed, don't panic.  My bad.
