I would consider the address stored in ARRL files and that I've used
for many years (prior to the LotW) to send us$ and my qsl cards to
Newington and receive back my qsl cards and DXCC papers as good as the
one listed in the FCC database.
When I became a VE examiner the only thing I had to do was to send via
fax the four pages of the application form and the open book review.
No photocopies of my license or passport, no need to retrieve the
badge from the address listed in the FCC database, not even a phone
call or an inquiry to make sure that I really was the one I was
claiming, nothing.
They mailed the badge to my ITALIAN address I did write on the
application form.

I bet they are very few in percentage compared to the number of DX
participants that are still using the regular checking methods.

That would be good but this isn't probably the right moment since this
is ARI Election Year until september when we will know the winners, so
at this time I would consider every statement made by the contenders
nothing more than pure candidates void promises, hi.
