Reality check.
The Hamvention (r) is never going to move out of Hara, if:
1) Hara is still available;
2) It costs one dollar more to rent a different facility;
3) It takes **any** of the control of the Hamvention (r)
out of the hands of the Dayton Amateur Radio Association
(DARA); or
4) It takes *any* of the financial benefit from the Treasury
of DARA and puts them into someone else's Treasury.
The Hamvention (r) is wholly-owned by DARA, **not** by the
Amateur Community. DARA will do with it what is best for
DARA, not for anyone else.
