[CQ-Contest] CQ WPX log submission

There is some confusion here on the CQ WPX website which I have pointed out
to them but it has not been corrected. The Electronic Logs page says
cw at cqwpx.com but if you click the link you get wpxcw at kkn.net. This is bad
html but if that is what they intend then both addresses should be accepted.

This is incorrect.

Should be cw at cqwpx.com
