[CQ-Contest] Multi operations with single series of serial numbers(WAE)

WAEDC is not the only contest with such a requirement. We worked in
RDXC as 8Q7DV in March this year and used TR log . So we did in the
past working in WPX before the rules changed. Troubles that you refer
to are minimal in TR log and can be overcome by trained operators.
