[CQ-Contest] IRLP Contest

I was hoping it was an April Fool's joke, but unfortunately, it appears to 
me that these people may even be serious.  As I understand it, IRLP is 
intended to let people with shacks on the belt work around the world 
through Internet linking of VFH/UHF "nodes."  Sort of like Echolink, I 
think.  They seem to be serious, but calling it a contest is really odious 
to me.
