[CQ-Contest] Yet another CQ-M Question

Fabian, I have told sponsors of the CQ-M  about this mistake and they
are committed to rectify the problem and delete this compulsory /QRP
staff next year. Let us hope that they will be prudent enough not to
upgrade you into LP from QRP.
