[CQ-Contest] Dr. Beldar's Contest History

I had quite a few requests for written copies of Dr. Beldar's Dayton 
Hamvention Contest Dinner "talk".  I have spoken with the good doctor and he 
has graciously agreed.  You can find the text on the NCJ Web site at 
http://www.ncjweb.com/twentyyearsofcontesting.php.  Whether posting it turns 
out to be a wise move is yet to be determined :-)

For those of you holding call signs featured prominently therein, just 
remember Dorothy Parker's observation that "the only thing worse than being 
talked about, is not being talked about!"

Regardless - enjoy and maybe you can meet the doctor next year.
