[CQ-Contest] real time score test for ss cw

Since everybody doesn't run N1MM (even though I will be using it this
weekend, normally I use TLF) I've redid my scoreboard page at
http://scoreboard.oqp.us.   This is open to everyone.  Feel free to create
an account and let us know how you are doing.  Further instructions are on
the site.
