Proposed rule change, commencing 2006.

 

II. BANDS: All bands, 1.8 through 28 MHz, except for WARC bands.

 

IIa: In the Phone contest Stations operating within European IARU Region I
must not solicit contacts (i.e. no CQs) between 7.00-7.040 MHz.

 

(anyone wish to second this, and forward to committee for consideration?  I
tried in previous years, but no action).
