[CQ-Contest] Which would make better stubs?

I have not seen George's data, so can't comment on that.  I make mine out of 
good quality coax that will handle the RF Voltage at high power.  Most of 
mine are made of R11AP, a light weight 75 Ohm double shielded TV drop cable. 
I also have some made with 9913.
