In the early 1980 K7JA didn't use 2 radio's from W7RM to take over
control of SS and I haven't discussed it with him but would bet that he has
done so very few times if any. K7SS did a bit of SS QRP stuff and I think
if you check with him there weren't any 2 Radio efforts.
I did a bit of SS in the early 80's and didn't know of ANYONE in the top 10
using 2 radios.
I would suggest that the statement that most in the early 80's in the top
10 were using 2 radio's is SUSPECT
