[CQ-Contest] SO2R trick

This is why the best place to practice/learn SO2R skills is in a RTTY
contest.  The exchanges tend to be longer so you really have to get the
timing and sequencing down.  But at the same time, since the computer is
doing the copying, that is one less thing you have to have your brain doing.
