[CQ-Contest] Fixing contests

I have to wait for 3 contacts!  Hmmm I guess you need to find 3 real good
friends to work you over and over and over and over.

I think we need to fix all the contests - no just the contest that happened
last weekend or the weekend before the one the weekend before that one.

All the rules need to be the same.


Work any station anywhere.

Work stations as many times as you want
as long as you have worked three stations since the last QSO.  No more slow
times.

The only required information that needs to be exchanged is the callsign. No
more hard or long exchanges or stupid ENN reports.

Score equal total QSOs.
