RSGB similar ... You name it.

1kUSD a year for membership fees to be able to log into all contest data
one operated.

This is true.
It is difficult to get newcomers as contesting is for OF's (tm)
OF (tm) borrowed from www.wwyc.net pages.

Youngsters believe in ability to change (dynamics), openness, new
technologies and honesty.
If this cannot be provided, change will be drastic in the contest of the
contests.
Russian DX Contest is now the second-biggest event in the HF contesting
scene.
