[CQ-Contest] cqww ssb Tean competition

Hi all, In the rules for CQWW there is something about Team competition.  AKA, 5 SO's get together and enter as a team.  My question is does this entry as a team disallow you from your regular category.  I know it still allows  you to submit for a club score but what about your individual category?
