[CQ-Contest] What's UP

While I understand and sympathize with him about his problem, it doesn't 
do me any good for DXCC.  I'm relatively new on the band and last year 
was my first full year with a decent antenna and EA3JE (with a very good 
sig on many days, I might add) would have been my first EA.  Sigh!
