With R1, the bandplan is such a big deal that I have even
had R1 stations operating in R3 run around & jam me because
I wasn't observing the R1 band plan.

This was some DL-portable-HS0, so this shows just how
extreme the R1-types take this stuff - to the extent that their
bandplan is more important than ITU-RR or local laws or
regulations on causing harmful interference to other stations.
