[CQ-Contest] SingleOp DxCluster/Assisted allowed in Russian RTTY contest?

Hi:

I am planning on participating in the Russian RTTY contest this weekend. 
The rules don't say anything about the use of DX clusters in this contest. 
 Does anyone know?  In cases when this is not specified, is there a 
consensus on whether it is allowed or not?

I would appreciate replies before 00Z tonight, when the contest starts...
